What material are your products made of?

The product I want to order is out of stock. When will it be available?(缺货补货问题)
It can take between 10-14 working days for stock of an item to be replenished, but to be notified as soon as stock becomes available, you can click into the product page and enter your email address into the ‘Notify me when back in stock’ box to receive an automated email as soon as it’s available.

My order haven't basn't been delivered.
Once your order has been dispatched, please allow the maximum amount of working days for delivery to receive your order (Standard Shipping: 7-15 working Days, Express: 5-15 working days and International: 20 working days). If you haven’t received your order within these timescales you can contact our Consumer Service team either by email at oddityrc@gmail.com or by telephone

When can i get my products?
For Local Warehouse Shipment, it will take 2-4 Business Days for you to receive.
For DHL Express Shipment, it will take 3-5 working days for you to receive.
For EMS Express Shipment, it will take 10-15 working days for you to receive.(这边涉及快递发货问题)

How can i track my order?
You will receive an email with a link to track your order.

Can I change my delivery address?
If your order havn't been shipped and status is processing, we can change the address for you, please straight call and email us.

How much is delivery?
 
For more information on shipping delivery, check Shipping policy.
For speical products or shipping address, we may use EMS shipping, you will get email notification before we ship your products.

I've received a faulty/damaged item.(货物缺损补换货问题)
We’re really sorry about that – please send us the email of receiving your order giving details of the damage and some images within 14 days, quality problem with 30 days(start from delivery date) so we can get it resolved for you as quickly as possible. We will resent the new products to you free of charge.

How do i return my order?
We acccept return with unconditional. If don't have quality problems and damaged during transportation, buyers should pay for the shipping cost by themself.

Can i exchange an item?(能否换件商品)
Sorry that we currently don't offer return service, if you dissatisfied with our products, please contact us about the product details.

Are there any restrictions on sending items to certain countries?
Currently we don't have, if has. We’ll always try our best to inform you of this before shipping your order.

Can I ship an order to a PO Box(邮政信箱) address?
We can ship orders to PO Box addresses but it may cost extra time.(Standard Shipping Only)

I can’t place an order myself.
No problems, emai us about your products, we will send you the paypal invoice(什么发票) to your account to fullfill the payment.

What payment methods can I use to pay?(付款方式)
Accepts the following payment methods:
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express,JCB,Diners Club,Union Pay and Boleto. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.

PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.
Alipay(Direct):Alipay,Alipay HK,GCash,Touch`n Go,Kakao Pay.

How do I apply a promotion code to my order?
In the payment stage, add the promotional code to the ‘Promotional Code’ box and click ‘Apply.’

How long does a refund take to show in your account?
A PayPal refund should show in your account instantly. If you use other payment method, it will take 3-5 working days for you to receive.
