The order will take effect only after the review is approved and payment is confirmed. OddityRC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that is non-compliant, incomplete, or suspected of fraud, without being liable for breach of contract.

Product prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) as displayed on the Website. The validity period and rules for discount codes (e.g., oddblackfriday) for promotional activities (such as BLACK FRIDAY) are subject to the details stated on the activity page (e.g., November 20, 2025 - December 1, 2025), and OddityRC may adjust the rules at its discretion for the activities. You must complete payment using the payment methods supported by the Website, and you shall bear any handling fees, exchange rate differences, or other costs incurred during the payment process.

OddityRC will arrange delivery based on the shipping address provided in your order. Delivery times and shipping fees are subject to the information confirmed at the time of order placement. OddityRC shall not be liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure such as customs issues, logistics disruptions, or weather conditions. You must sign for the delivered package in a timely manner; any losses resulting from incorrect shipping information, failure to sign for the package, or other personal reasons shall be borne by you.

If the product you receive has quality issues, you must contact OddityRC customer service within 7 working days of signing for the package and provide relevant proof (such as product photos, inspection reports, etc.). Returns or exchanges may be processed upon confirmation. For returns or exchanges due to non-quality reasons (e.g., personal preference, incorrect purchase), you must comply with the return and exchange conditions posted on the Website, and you shall bear the round-trip shipping fees and product wear and tear costs. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court at OddityRC's place of business.
