OddityRC ships worldwide to most countries and regions. Shipping availability, cost and estimated delivery time depend on the destination, package weight and products ordered.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Processing may take longer during promotional periods, when order volumes are unusually high, or when an item is temporarily out of stock.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, package weight and selected shipping method. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on orders of US$99 or more, except for:

Remote destinations

Countries or regions temporarily excluded because of customs, tariff or logistics restrictions

Products requiring special shipping arrangements
Due to current tariff conditions, orders shipped to the United States may be subject to an additional shipping charge. Any applicable charge will be shown at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs inspections, severe weather, public holidays, carrier disruptions and other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays.
Shipping Methods
OddityRC generally uses WB Express for parts and accessories and YANWEN Express for drones. The carrier may vary depending on the destination, product type and current logistics conditions.
If you require a specific shipping method, please contact us before placing your order. Any additional cost associated with the requested shipping method will be paid by the customer.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the email address used for your order once the package has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the carrier to activate and update the tracking information. You can track most international shipments through:

- YANWEN EXPRESS
- 17 TRACK
If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us for assistance.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For most destinations, applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the shipping fee shown at checkout. In most cases, you will not need to pay additional import charges when your package arrives.
However, customs policies vary by country and region. Certain remote destinations, special shipping methods or exceptional customs circumstances may result in additional charges. If duties and taxes are not included, this will be indicated at checkout or communicated to you before shipment.
If you are unexpectedly asked to pay customs duties for your order, please contact us at oddityrc@gmail.com with your order number and the relevant customs notice so that we can assist you.
Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or the package can be redirected.
OddityRC is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
PO Box Addresses
We can ship to PO Box addresses using standard shipping where supported. Delivery may take longer, and express shipping may not be available.
Delays and Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please check the tracking information first and then contact us with your order number.
Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond OddityRC’s reasonable control. We will assist with the carrier enquiry whenever possible.
