OddityRC Authorized Dealer Program
Effective date: September 9, 2026
OddityRC welcomes applications from qualified FPV, RC and UAV retailers, distributors, system integrators and professional service providers.
Our dealer program is designed to build reliable, long-term relationships with partners who understand our products, represent the OddityRC brand accurately and provide responsible service to their customers.
This policy explains the general requirements of the OddityRC Authorized Dealer Program. Product availability, dealer pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, lead times, territories and shipping terms are provided separately in an approved quotation, order confirmation or written dealer agreement.
1. Eligibility
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Be a legally established business or registered sole proprietor.
- Operate an active sales channel, such as an independent online store, physical retail location, specialist marketplace store or professional UAV integration business.
- Have a genuine connection to the FPV, RC, UAV, robotics or related electronics market.
- Maintain accurate business, billing, delivery and contact information.
- Have the ability to import, stock, market and support the products offered.
- Comply with all laws and regulations applicable in the markets where the products are imported, advertised or sold.
- Provide reasonable pre-sales and after-sales support to end customers.
- Maintain business practices that do not harm customers, OddityRC or the OddityRC brand.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. OddityRC may approve, decline, place on hold or request additional information for any application.
2. Application Information
OddityRC may request some or all of the following information:
- Registered legal name and trading name;
- company registration or business licence;
- tax registration information;
- registered business address;
- billing, delivery and returns addresses;
- business website and sales-channel information;
- names and contact details of authorized representatives;
- product categories and brands currently sold;
- target countries or territories;
- estimated initial and repeat order quantities;
- relevant import, distribution or technical-support experience;
- references or supporting information where reasonably required.
The applicant must ensure that all submitted information is accurate and current. Materially false, misleading or incomplete information may result in rejection or termination of dealer status.
3. Approval and Dealer Status
An applicant becomes an Authorized OddityRC Dealer only after receiving written approval from OddityRC.
Dealer status:
- is granted to the approved legal entity only;
- may not be transferred, assigned or shared with another business;
- does not create an agency, franchise, employment, partnership or joint venture;
- does not authorize the dealer to make commitments on behalf of OddityRC;
- is non-exclusive unless exclusivity is expressly granted in a separate written agreement;
- may be limited to specified products, sales channels or territories;
- may be reviewed periodically.
A quotation, price list, sample purchase or individual order does not by itself create an exclusive or permanent dealer relationship.
4. Dealer Pricing
Approved dealers may receive access to confidential dealer pricing.
Dealer prices may vary according to:
- product model;
- order quantity;
- product mix;
- destination;
- packaging requirements;
- payment method;
- delivery method;
- market conditions;
- component and manufacturing costs;
- applicable promotional or project-specific arrangements.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- prices are valid only for the period shown in the quotation;
- prices do not include taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees or local compliance costs;
- prices may change without prior notice before an order is accepted;
- typographical or calculation errors may be corrected;
- dealer pricing is confidential and may not be publicly disclosed or shared with unauthorized third parties.
5. Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities, or MOQs, are determined by product and order composition.
OddityRC may offer:
- a small initial order for dealer evaluation;
- product-specific MOQs;
- mixed-model orders;
- project-based quantities;
- volume-based price tiers.
Any exception to the normal MOQ applies only to the quotation or order for which it was approved. It does not automatically apply to future orders.
A single evaluation unit or retail purchase does not automatically qualify the purchaser for dealer pricing.
6. Evaluation Units and Samples
Evaluation units may be purchased at the applicable retail, sample or dealer-evaluation price agreed in writing.
Unless expressly confirmed by OddityRC:
- samples are not free;
- shipping, taxes and import costs are the applicant’s responsibility;
- receipt of a sample does not guarantee dealer approval;
- sample pricing does not establish future dealer pricing;
- evaluation products may not be represented as evidence of official certification, endorsement or exclusivity.
OddityRC may request reasonable technical feedback following an evaluation.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Purchase orders submitted by a dealer are subject to acceptance by OddityRC.
An order becomes binding only when OddityRC issues written acceptance, an order confirmation or a commercial invoice confirming the accepted products and terms.
OddityRC may reject or request changes to an order because of:
- stock availability;
- production capacity;
- payment or credit concerns;
- export or import restrictions;
- compliance requirements;
- suspected fraud or unauthorized resale;
- pricing or specification errors;
- other reasonable operational considerations.
Changes or cancellations requested after acceptance require OddityRC’s written approval and may result in additional charges.
8. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, new dealer orders are payable in full before shipment or production allocation.
Payment requirements may include:
- payment in the currency stated on the invoice;
- payment by an approved bank-transfer or payment method;
- payment of all bank, intermediary and transaction charges by the dealer;
- receipt of cleared funds before shipment;
- additional verification for payments made by third parties.
Credit terms, if offered, require separate written approval and may be changed or withdrawn based on payment history, order activity or credit risk.
Late payments may result in order suspension, delayed shipment, withdrawal of dealer pricing or termination of dealer status.
The dealer must not deduct, offset or withhold amounts unless legally required or agreed in writing.
9. Lead Times and Availability
Any lead time provided before order acceptance is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Lead times may be affected by:
- available inventory;
- production schedules;
- component supply;
- order quantity and customization;
- payment timing;
- export documentation;
- carrier capacity;
- customs processing;
- events outside OddityRC’s reasonable control.
OddityRC will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays. Estimated lead times do not constitute a guarantee of delivery on a specific date.
10. Shipping and Incoterms
The applicable delivery term will be stated in the quotation, commercial invoice or order confirmation and interpreted under Incoterms® 2020, where applicable.
Depending on the order and destination, OddityRC may offer terms such as EXW, FCA, FOB, CPT, DAP or another mutually agreed term.
The agreed Incoterm determines the allocation of transportation responsibilities, costs and risk. It does not by itself determine payment terms, product warranty, ownership or regulatory responsibility.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the dealer is responsible for:
- confirming that the delivery address is complete and accurate;
- appointing or cooperating with the carrier;
- import clearance;
- customs duties and brokerage costs;
- import VAT and other local taxes;
- permits, registrations and local regulatory requirements;
- charges caused by refused, delayed or undeliverable shipments.
Risk of loss transfers according to the agreed delivery term.
11. Taxes, Customs and Import Compliance
The dealer is responsible for understanding and complying with the tax, customs and import requirements of the destination country.
The dealer must not request or use:
- false customs values;
- inaccurate product descriptions;
- misleading country-of-origin information;
- incorrect tariff classifications;
- improper declarations intended to avoid lawful taxes or controls.
OddityRC may refuse any request that could result in an inaccurate, unlawful or misleading shipping or customs declaration.
12. Resale Prices
Dealers independently determine their own resale prices.
OddityRC may provide recommended retail prices or non-binding pricing guidance. Such recommendations are for reference only and do not restrict a dealer’s ability to determine its resale prices in accordance with applicable competition law.
Temporary advertised-price or promotional arrangements apply only when voluntarily and lawfully agreed in writing.
13. Sales Channels and Marketplaces
Dealers must disclose their principal sales channels during the application process.
Authorization to sell through one channel does not automatically authorize sales through every marketplace, third-party account or affiliated business.
Dealers may not:
- sell through deceptive or undisclosed identities;
- share dealer accounts or confidential pricing;
- supply unauthorized resellers where diversion is reasonably suspected;
- list counterfeit, modified or misrepresented products as genuine OddityRC products;
- remove or alter serial numbers, identification labels or traceability information;
- use customer reviews or technical claims in a misleading manner.
OddityRC may restrict particular marketplaces, territories or channels in writing where necessary for brand protection, legal compliance or product support.
14. Product Information
Dealers must use current and accurate product information.
Before publication, dealers should verify:
- product name and version;
- dimensions and mounting pattern;
- electrical ratings;
- compatible firmware;
- supported protocols;
- package contents;
- recommended applications;
- safety limitations;
- warranty information.
Dealers must not publish unsupported claims concerning performance, compatibility, safety, certification, range, current ratings or suitability for a particular aircraft.
Where a product has multiple revisions, the dealer must take reasonable steps to identify the correct revision and avoid combining specifications from different versions.
OddityRC may request correction or removal of inaccurate product information.
15. Technical Integration and Safety
OddityRC products may be used in systems where incorrect selection, installation, configuration or operation can cause equipment damage, fire, injury or loss of an aircraft.
Dealers and system integrators are responsible for:
- selecting products appropriate for the intended application;
- verifying electrical and mechanical compatibility;
- following current manuals and installation instructions;
- communicating relevant warnings to customers;
- avoiding unsupported safety or performance guarantees;
- ensuring that modifications and integrations are performed by suitably competent persons;
- complying with applicable aviation, radio, battery, environmental and product-safety requirements.
Dealer status does not certify or approve any aircraft, build, integration or finished product created by the dealer.
16. Official Images and Marketing Materials
Authorized dealers may receive limited permission to use approved OddityRC product images, logos and marketing materials for the promotion and sale of genuine OddityRC products.
Unless otherwise approved in writing, such permission is:
- non-exclusive;
- non-transferable;
- revocable;
- limited to the duration of active dealer status;
- limited to approved sales, editorial and promotional use.
Dealers must not:
- materially alter the OddityRC logo;
- remove ownership notices or watermarks;
- use images in connection with counterfeit or competing products;
- create the impression of exclusivity or official certification;
- imply that OddityRC endorses an entire aircraft, service or publication;
- register domains, company names, social-media accounts or trademarks containing “OddityRC” or confusingly similar terms;
- sublicense the materials to third parties.
Reasonable resizing, cropping and layout adaptation are permitted when they do not misrepresent the product or brand.
OddityRC may require outdated, inaccurate or inappropriate materials to be corrected or removed.
17. Reviews, Guides and Affiliate Content
Dealers may publish independent reviews, tutorials and build guides involving OddityRC products.
Any commercial relationship, free product, discount, commission or affiliate arrangement must be disclosed where required by law or platform rules.
Dealers must distinguish clearly between:
- manufacturer specifications;
- the dealer’s own testing;
- estimates or calculations;
- personal opinions;
- third-party information.
A product listing in a guide or review does not constitute approval of the complete build by OddityRC.
Dealers may not claim that OddityRC tested, certified or guaranteed a build unless OddityRC has provided explicit written confirmation.
18. Customer Support
Authorized dealers are expected to provide first-line support to customers who purchase from them.
This normally includes:
- order and delivery support;
- basic product identification;
- access to current manuals;
- basic installation and configuration guidance;
- initial troubleshooting;
- collection of relevant evidence for warranty claims;
- communication with the customer regarding the status of a claim.
Dealers should not direct every customer immediately to OddityRC without first collecting the information reasonably needed to understand the issue.
OddityRC may provide dealer-level assistance for cases that cannot be resolved through first-line support.
19. Warranty and RMA
Warranty coverage is governed by the warranty terms applicable to the product and market at the time of sale.
A warranty or return request may require:
- proof of purchase;
- product model and revision;
- serial or batch information where available;
- description of the installation and operating conditions;
- clear photographs;
- video evidence;
- configuration files or logs;
- troubleshooting results;
- return of the product for inspection.
Products must not be returned without prior authorization.
Warranty coverage may be refused where the issue results from circumstances including:
- incorrect wiring or polarity;
- voltage or current outside the published limits;
- physical damage;
- crash, impact, water, contamination or overheating;
- unauthorized modification or repair;
- incorrect firmware, configuration or installation;
- use outside the product’s intended application;
- removed or altered identification;
- normal wear;
- inability to provide reasonable purchase or diagnostic information.
The existence of an RMA authorization does not by itself confirm that the claim is covered by warranty.
The dealer must comply with any mandatory consumer rights applicable to its own sales. Dealer obligations to end customers may differ from OddityRC’s obligations to the dealer.
20. Product Changes
OddityRC may improve or revise products, packaging, documentation, firmware, accessories or specifications.
Where reasonably possible, material changes will be reflected in updated product information. Minor production changes that do not materially alter the intended function may occur without advance notice.
Dealers should not assume that older photographs, diagrams or specifications apply to every revision.
21. Quality and Safety Reporting
Dealers must promptly report suspected recurring defects, safety issues, counterfeit products or serious field failures.
A report should include all available relevant information, such as:
- affected model and revision;
- quantity affected;
- batch or serial information;
- purchase and failure dates;
- installation details;
- photographs, logs or video;
- nature and severity of the issue;
- whether property damage or personal injury occurred.
Dealers must cooperate reasonably with investigations, corrective actions, safety notices, product withdrawals or recalls.
No dealer may issue a public recall or safety statement on behalf of OddityRC without written authorization, except where immediate disclosure is legally required.
22. Regulatory Compliance
Dealers are responsible for determining which laws apply to their activities and markets.
Depending on the product and jurisdiction, this may include:
- company and tax registration;
- customs and import rules;
- product safety;
- electrical and electronic equipment requirements;
- radio-equipment rules;
- battery transport and storage;
- environmental and recycling obligations;
- packaging registration;
- consumer protection;
- advertising and price-display rules;
- privacy and data protection;
- export controls and sanctions;
- unmanned-aircraft regulations.
OddityRC dealer approval does not constitute legal or regulatory advice and does not guarantee that a product or finished system is suitable for every country or application.
23. Export Controls and Sanctions
Dealers must comply with applicable export-control, re-export, sanctions and restricted-party requirements.
Products may not be sold, exported, re-exported, transferred or used:
- in violation of applicable law;
- by prohibited or sanctioned persons;
- in prohibited territories;
- for prohibited end uses;
- through transactions intended to conceal the true customer, destination or end use.
OddityRC may request end-user, destination or end-use information and may suspend or refuse transactions where compliance concerns exist.
24. Confidentiality
Dealer price lists, unpublished product information, forecasts, commercial terms, launch information and other non-public materials supplied by OddityRC must be treated as confidential.
Confidential information may be used only for the approved business relationship and may be shared only with personnel or professional advisers who reasonably need it and are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that the dealer can demonstrate:
- was already lawfully known;
- became public without breach;
- was received lawfully from an authorized third party;
- was independently developed;
- must be disclosed by law.
25. Data Protection
OddityRC may process applicant and dealer information for purposes including:
- reviewing applications;
- identity and business verification;
- quotations and order administration;
- payment and fraud prevention;
- shipping and customs documentation;
- customer and warranty support;
- legal and compliance obligations;
- management of the dealer relationship.
Applicants should provide only business information reasonably necessary for these purposes and should avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive documents.
Additional privacy information may be provided in OddityRC’s applicable privacy policy.
26. Dealer Performance Review
OddityRC may periodically review dealer status using factors such as:
- order activity;
- payment history;
- accuracy of product listings;
- quality of customer support;
- compliance with brand requirements;
- warranty and return patterns;
- customer complaints;
- unauthorized-channel activity;
- responsiveness to safety or compliance requests.
OddityRC does not guarantee any minimum number of leads, referrals, sales or territory protection.
27. Suspension and Termination
Dealer status may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary, including for:
- false application information;
- non-payment or repeated late payment;
- counterfeit or unauthorized products;
- misuse of intellectual property;
- misleading product claims;
- unauthorized marketplace or territory activity;
- serious or repeated customer-service failures;
- breach of confidentiality;
- unlawful conduct;
- export-control or sanctions concerns;
- conduct likely to cause material harm to customers or the OddityRC brand;
- prolonged inactivity;
- breach of an applicable dealer agreement or accepted order terms.
Termination does not remove payment obligations or other rights and obligations that arose before termination.
After termination, the former dealer must stop representing itself as authorized and cease using restricted dealer materials. Treatment of remaining genuine inventory will be determined by applicable law and any written agreement.
28. No Exclusivity or Territory Protection
Dealer approval is non-exclusive unless a separate written agreement expressly grants exclusivity or territory protection.
OddityRC may:
- appoint other dealers;
- sell directly;
- supply distributors or integrators;
- operate online sales channels;
- approve other partners in the same region.
Any exclusive arrangement must define the territory, products, duration, performance requirements and termination conditions in writing.
29. Limitation of Authority
Dealers act as independent businesses.
A dealer may not:
- sign agreements on behalf of OddityRC;
- collect money on behalf of OddityRC unless expressly authorized;
- make warranties or guarantees in OddityRC’s name;
- describe itself as an employee, agent, branch or legal representative of OddityRC;
- bind OddityRC to customer, regulatory or contractual obligations.
30. Relationship With Other Terms
This Dealer Program Policy provides general program rules.
Specific transactions may also be governed by:
- an approved quotation;
- proforma or commercial invoice;
- order confirmation;
- product warranty;
- return or RMA policy;
- confidentiality agreement;
- distribution or dealer agreement;
- other written terms accepted by both parties.
If there is a conflict, the more specific signed agreement or accepted order document will govern that transaction to the extent of the conflict.
31. Changes to This Policy
OddityRC may update this policy to reflect operational, commercial, legal or regulatory changes.
The current version will be published on the OddityRC website with its effective date. Changes generally apply prospectively and do not alter an already accepted order unless required by law or agreed in writing.
32. Contact and Application
Businesses interested in becoming an OddityRC dealer should contact OddityRC through the official contact channel published on:
Please include:
- legal business name;
- country;
- website and sales channels;
- relevant product categories;
- target market;
- expected initial order;

OddityRC will review the information and, where appropriate, provide the next steps, required documents and applicable commercial terms.
Important notice: This public policy describes the general requirements of the OddityRC Dealer Program. It does not constitute automatic appointment, exclusivity, a guaranteed supply commitment, a fixed price offer or legal advice.
